Rural India : The Bearer of Real Indian Tricolour.
Rural India believed to be Illiterate, Uncivilized, poor is actually a real bearer of Indian National Flag and nationalistic spirit.
With about 67 percent of total population still living in Rural India and with 75 percent literacy, Rural India has managed to contribute rapidly growing Metropolitan, Urban & Semi Urban Areas in social, Political and Economical aspects in its own way.
Accepting the Change and Carrying their own legacy have been an Honest Quality of Rural India. With Various Reforms since Pre Independence to Post Independence so far, Rural India have always been adoptive as far as the reform matters their socio-economic growth and Development. Rural India have some unqiue essence and Aura of Patriotism and love for the Mother land.
Millions of villages worshipping Millions of unique Gram Devatas (Regional Gods) beleving in Different sects, Beleifs, Ideology. Trying to keep alive the fading 19500 vernacular languages spoken as mother tounge by Millions of people, practicing enthusiastically Nine major religions and Thousands of Beleifs. Celebration of hundreds of Festivals, Dozens of Fairs showcase the quality of being prep. Rural India is a perfect true example of Various Beliefs growing and Flourishing on one Land, which still amazes Westerners and Urban Youth in this nation.
From my personal experience, I've observed People from Towns and Villages are more good at Hospitality than of Urban population mostly Hostile towards strangers.
Major Population of Rural India engaged in agriculture contributes major Role in Primary sector of economy and Provides 50 percent employment to the Indian workforce. Fulfilling the hunger of country with such huge population, Rural India truly is a bread basket of the Nation.
The lack of awareness however has affected the Agricultural Modern Development among Rural population.
Maximum of small scale Industries working on lease hold basis or contract basis are Established in Rural India. With least knowledge about subsidies and Incentives provided, God knows what spirit makes them keep going with such risky and hectic business. May be something Desi power, only a Desi can Feel!
From No Electric poles to Computer digitalization of Villages, from 'SAHUKAARS' to Nationalized banks, Rural India has Emerged as most adoptive and inspiring civilization.
Govt working on construction of pucca roads to villages is a revolutionary step. Because a pucca road is a key to the inflow and outflow of resources including natural and Human resource from villages to Urban Corporate India.
Transformation from Open Sanitation to crores of toilets has tremendously increased the rate of continuation of Education of Girls in Rural India.
Full electrification, Providing education and health schemes has become a Primary motive of Government in Rural India. And This is the least They deserve.
Still, the Naked Foot marches of Farmers, those wounded Legs and loud Cries should haunt every Indian and Government. And we should introspect what lacks government to fulfill their demands? What lacks We youth to take them together? Is it dark skin, language, food? What makes Rural India Still backward? Is it because of large Geographical boundaries or The Small willingness of We youth to take them together, hand in hand?
Rural India despite of its own problems yet again stands for serving us, serving mother India and It's People. Truly, Rural India is a real essence of culture of BHARAT.
